it's hot and windy in room 317

so, maybe i was too harsh about everything i'm learning being worthless. the classes aren't totally worthless. however, the information that would be of the most worth (i.e. issues surrounding appraisal, description, processing, encapsulation, preservation, creating exhibits, doing reference work, etc.) will never be taught to me. that is what makes me sad. that and the fact that every class i've had so far has been held in the same room. and the fact that my current instructor is a bit of a wind bag who likes the sound of his own voice so much that others are not permitted to speak. also, the coffee shop in the student center is closed for the summer. what? huh? no lattes. but i need them. oh how ksu and room 317 create a need for lattes.
