in class we talked all about the rampant piracy that is occuring in this digital age we live in. people saving and uploading images from anywhere they please and then posting them with no crediting or identifying information. who do people think they are and what in the hell do they think they're doing? it's stealing. it's god damn stealing. oh this image? uh. oh. uh. no, it is not from google images. i did not just download it to my desktop and then upload here in blogger. that's ridiculous. that's piracy for god's sake man. all of the other images in this god forsaken blog? uh. wait. illegal? what?i had to give a short summary presentation the other night and i actually said the phrase (and i quote) "that was totally lame." is this the kind of language a graduate student uses? in front of their classmates no less? i doubt it. fuck. i am no good at this. no good at all!

"totally lame" ... I just laughed out loud in my sweet hotel room outside Pittspuke ... I praise your phrase choice ... don't buckle under the pressure to speak ingenuously or overly verbose, utilizing those conspicuously ubiquitous, syllabically gargantuan words to achieve some pretension of academic normality (or even worse, normalcy). Keep it real, as the kids say.
